In 1976, following her studies at the Hebrew University and a branch of the Technion, she started her way in the world of show business as the partner of Nahum Beitel, a producer and artists' manager. The office, "Bidur La'am" (Entertainment for the people), was one of the big and leading offices for artists' management and stage productions.

Among the many artists represented and managed by the office were some of the most renowned stars in the field of entertainment and music in Israel, such as:  Rivka Michaeli, the "first lady" of Israeli entertainment, Tiki Dayan, one of the best theater actresses in Israel, Dudu Dotan, the first Israel standup comedian, Shlomo Artzi, one of the best singers, as well as other famous artists such as Arik Lavi, Gidi Gov, Arik Sinai, Mati Caspi – a famous composer and singer, Dudu Fisher, who played Jean Valjean in the Broadway production of "Les Miserables", and many others.

The office produced tens of shows, solo performances, music shows, and special projects, that were performed all over the country and enjoyed tremendous success.

In 1993, Zipi Maizler decided to open her own office, and to this very day (for 29 years) is the owner of

"Zipi Maizler Productions Ltd.".

She continued to personally represent the very best of entertainers in Israel, both for children and adults, and at the same time continued to produce musicals and entertainment shows.

In addition, Ms. Maizler also produced big shows on the occasion of Israel's jubilee, as well as Israel's 60th anniversary, which were performed on stages in Panama, Hong-Kong, Shanghai, Great Britain and Belgium.

Among the offices' many productions in recent years are: "Shavit 2000", "Miki Kam ve'Achshav" (a pun on the artist's name), "Regel Po, Regel Sham" (a foot here, a foot there), "Honey, the Girls Joined Together", the musical "Bilbi" (according to original rights from Denmark), the musical "Ami and Tami", "Floor Washing in the Big City", "Short and to the Point", "Help Needed" (according to original rights from France), "My mother, the General", "Sacred Wigs" (a drug queens show), and more.

The office, as well as Zipi herself, accompanies each show from the production stage, through financing, to public relations and marketing.
